In addition to the three Vetlanda United teams, 17 other teams played in Flickor 14 (Födda 2010). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Vetlanda United IF A could be found in Group 1 together with Sjöbo IF , Genarps IF , Vetlanda United IF 2, Svedala IF 1, Janstorps AIF , Åhus IF 2, Kristianstads DFF 2, Lönsboda GoIF and Kristianstads DFF 1.

Vetlanda United IF A continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Spjutstorps IF with 1-2. In the Final, Vetlanda United IF 2 won over Svedala IF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 14 (Födda 2010).

Vetlanda United IF also participated in Flickor 13 (Födda 2010) during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2023. They won A-Slutspel, after beating DFF Kristianstadstjejerna Orange in the final with 2-1.
