Floda IBK was one of 118 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2016. They participated with 5 teams in Pojkar 06, Pojkar 05, Pojkar 03, Pojkar 01 and Pojkar 99 respectively. The team in Pojkar 03 made it to the the Semi final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Särö seahawks 2 by 2-3.

In addition to this, Floda IBK have participated in Warbergsspelen before. During Warbergsspelen 2015, Floda IBK had 9 teams playing in Pojkar 06, Pojkar 05, Pojkar 03, Pojkar 01, Pojkar 99, Flickor 04 and Flickor 02 respectively. The team in Flickor 02 made it to the the 1/4 Final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Åstorp/Kvidinge IBS by 0-2.

Floda IBK comes from Stenkullen which lies approximately 74 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. The area around Stenkullen does also provide 35 additional clubs participating during Warbergsspelen 2016 (Among others: IK Zenith, IBK Göteborg, Varla IBK, Lindome IBK, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF, IBK Alingsås, Frölunda IBK, Utbynäs SK, Partille IBS and Sandareds IBS).
