FC Helsingborg was one of 118 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2016. They participated with four teams in Pojkar 05, Pojkar 04 and Pojkar 02 respectively. The team in Pojkar 02 made it to the the 1/4 Final in Slutspel B, but lost it against Hofterup ibf by 1-2.

In addition to this, FC Helsingborg have participated in Warbergsspelen before. During Warbergsspelen 2015, FC Helsingborg had 5 teams playing in Pojkar 06, Pojkar 04 and Pojkar 02 respectively.
