GS86 was one of 118 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2016. They participated with one team in Pojkar 03.

In addition to GS86, 35 other teams played in Pojkar 03. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof GS86 could be found in Group E together with IBK Alingsås, Orust IBK and Varla IBK 1.

GS86 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group E. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Mullsjö AIS Pojkar 03 with 3-5. In the Final, Särö seahawks 2 won over Borås IBF and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 03.

GS86 comes from FORSHAGA which lies approximately 280 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. The area around FORSHAGA does also provide four additional clubs participating during Warbergsspelen 2016 (Karlstad IBF, BK VÅLBERG, Skoghalls IBK and GS 86 AIF).
