In addition to the two Onsala IBK teams, 17 other teams played in Flickor 02. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Onsala IBK 1 could be found in Group B together with Träslövsläge IF, Partille IBS 2, Åstorp/Kvidinge IBS and Åkersberga IBF.

Onsala IBK 1 made it to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Åkersberga IBF with 1-6. Thereby Onsala IBK 1 finished second in F02 Slutspel A during Warbergsspelen 2016.

Onsala IBK also participated in Flickor 02 during Warbergsspelen 2015. They reached the Semi final in F02 Slutspel A, but lost it against Warberg IBF with 1-4.
