In addition to the two Partille IBS teams, 17 other teams played in Flickor 02. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Partille IBS 2 could be found in Group B together with Onsala IBK 1, Träslövsläge IF, Åstorp/Kvidinge IBS and Åkersberga IBF.

Partille IBS 2 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 5:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Växjö IBK with 2-3. In the Final, Färjestadens ibk won over Onsala IBK 2 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Flickor 02.
