In addition to the two Onsala IBK teams, 17 other teams played in Flickor 02. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Onsala IBK 2 could be found in Group D together with Växjö IBK, SST NET Landskrona IBK, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF and Wårgårda IBK.

Onsala IBK 2 made it to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group D. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Färjestadens ibk with 1-2. Thereby Onsala IBK 2 finished second in F02 Slutspel B during Warbergsspelen 2016.

Onsala IBK also participated in Flickor 02 during Warbergsspelen 2015. They reached the Semi final in F02 Slutspel A, but lost it against Warberg IBF with 1-4.
