Skoghalls IBK was one of 118 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2016. They participated with one team in Pojkar 00.

In addition to Skoghalls IBK, 15 other teams played in Pojkar 00. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Skoghalls IBK could be found in Group C together with Mullsjö AIS, Herrestads AIF and BK HALNA.

Skoghalls IBK made it to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group C. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Herrestads AIF, which they won with 4-3. Thereby Skoghalls IBK won the entire Slutspel A in Pojkar 00 during Warbergsspelen 2016.

Skoghalls IBK comes from Hammarö which lies approximately 250 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. The area around Hammarö does also provide four additional clubs participating during Warbergsspelen 2016 (GS86, Karlstad IBF, BK VÅLBERG and GS 86 AIF).
