Viskadalen IBK was one of 118 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2016. They participated with one team in Pojkar 02.

In addition to Viskadalen IBK, 25 other teams played in Pojkar 02. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Viskadalen IBK could be found in Group E together with Skara IBK, Warberg IBF 2 and KFUM Norrköping.

Viskadalen IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group E. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Vinbergs IBS with 1-3. In the Final, Åmåls IBK won over Warberg IBF 2 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 02.

Viskadalen IBK comes from HORRED which lies approximately 29 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. The area around HORRED does also provide 24 additional clubs participating during Warbergsspelen 2016 (Among others: Åsa IF, Onsala IBK, Varla IBK, Lindome IBK, Warberg IBF, Frillesås FF, Kinna IBK, Veddige IBK F05/06, Träslövsläge IF and Fritsla IF).
