Växjö Vipers was one of 109 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2017. They participated with one team in Flickor 03.

In addition to Växjö Vipers, 9 other teams played in Flickor 03. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Växjö Vipers could be found in Group B together with Surahammars IBF, Gjelleråsen if, Onsala IBK and Lindås IBK.

Växjö Vipers continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Torshälla IBK with 1-3. In the Final, Onsala IBK won over Torshälla IBK and became the winner of Slutspel B in Flickor 03.

Växjö Vipers comes from Växjö which lies approximately 150 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. The area around Växjö does also provide six additional clubs participating during Warbergsspelen 2017 (Växjö IBK, Växjö IBK Vipers, Öjaby Sport, Gransholms IF, IBK Vöikers and Hovshaga AIF).
