Gransholms IF was one of 109 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2017. They participated with one team in Flickor 03.

In addition to Gransholms IF, 9 other teams played in Flickor 03. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Gransholms IF could be found in Group A together with Häljarps SK, GS86 AIF, Warberg IBF and Torshälla IBK.

Gransholms IF continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Lindås IBK with 0-9. In the Final, Warberg IBF won over Lindås IBK and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor 03.

Gransholms IF also participated in Flickor 03 during Warbergsspelen 2016. They reached the 1/4 Final in F03 Slutspel B, but lost it against Onsala IBK 2 with 1-3.

Gransholms comes from Gemla which lies approximately 140 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. The area around Gemla does also provide six additional clubs participating during Warbergsspelen 2017 (Växjö IBK, Växjö IBK Vipers, Öjaby Sport, Växjö Vipers, IBK Vöikers and Hovshaga AIF).
