Vinbergs IBS was one of 113 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2018. They participated with two teams in Pojkar 06.

In addition to this, Vinbergs IBS have participated in Warbergsspelen before. During Warbergsspelen 2017, Vinbergs IBS had two teams playing in Pojkar 02 and Pojkar 01 respectively. The team in Pojkar 01 made it to the the Final in Slutspel Aand won it over Warberg IBF 1 by 7-0.

Vinbergs IBS comes from Falkenberg which lies approximately 26 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. The area around Falkenberg does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Warbergsspelen 2018 (Tofta Gif, Träslövsläge IF, Kustens IF, Warberg IBF, Tvååker IBK, Capricorn IC, Halmstad IBK, Falkenbergs IBK, Halmstads IBK and Glommens IF).
