In addition to the two Onsala IBK teams, 30 other teams played in Pojkar 04. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Onsala IBK Svart could be found in Group D together with Wårgårda IBK, Gårdarike IBK and Carlshamns IBK.

Onsala IBK Svart continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Rydboholms sk with 3-4. In the Final, IBK Vänersborg won over Nässjö IBF and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 04.

Onsala IBK also participated in Pojkar 04 during Warbergsspelen 2017. They reached the Semi final in P04 Slutspel B, but lost it against Partille IBS 1 with 2-3.
