Vara IBK was one of 112 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2023. They participated with four teams in Pojkar 12 (Född 2012), Pojkar 10 (Född 2010), Pojkar 09 (Född 2009) and Pojkar 08 (Född 2008) respectively. The team in Pojkar 08 (Född 2008) made it to the the 1/4 Final in Slutspel A, but lost it against CL98IC by 0-5.

In addition to this, Vara IBK have participated in Warbergsspelen before. During Warbergsspelen 2022, Vara IBK had one team playing in Pojkar 08 (Född 2008). The team in Pojkar 08 (Född 2008) made it to the the 1/8 Final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Munka/Ljungby IBK by 4-6.
