In addition to Sandö IBK, 14 other teams played in Pojkar 08 (Född 2008). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Sandö IBK could be found in Group A together with Tranemo IBK, Stenungsund ibk, Tvååker IBK and Eken IBK.

Sandö IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Svenljunga IBK with 0-2. In the Final, Warberg IBF won over Svenljunga IBK and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 08 (Född 2008).
