In addition to the 5 IBK Lund teams, 5 other teams played in Flickor 2009-2010. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IBK Lund F10/11 Sandby Svart could be found in Group B together with IBK Lund F09 Lund, Hofterup IBF A, Lomma BFC and IK Stanstad Vit.
IBK Lund F10/11 Sandby Svart continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IBK Lund F10/11 Sandby S Grön with 1-4. In the Final, IBK Lund F09 Lund won over IBK Lund F10/11 Sandby S Grön and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor 2009-2010. IBK Lund also participated in Flickor 2008-2009 during Nova Open 2021.
