Germany was the only club from Germany that had teams playing during Goalball VM 2018. They participated with one team in Men.
In addition to Germany, 15 other teams from 15 different countries played in Men. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Germany could be found in Men Pool B together with Canada, Iran, Egypt, Czech Republic, Japan, USA and Brazil.
Germany made it to Playoff A after reaching 2:nd place in Men Pool B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Brazil with 3-8. Thereby Germany finished second in M Playoff A during Goalball VM 2018.
