In addition to Lekstorps IF, 17 other teams played in Flickor 12. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Lekstorps IF could be found in Group 4 together with Ytterby IS, Backatorp IF Svart, Hertzöga BK and Skultorps IF.

Lekstorps IF made it to A-slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Dösjöbro IF/FC Dösjöbro, which they won with 1-0. Thereby Lekstorps IF won the entire A-slutspel in Flickor 12 during Skadevi Cup 2014.
