In addition to the two Onsala teams, 16 other teams played in Flickor 12. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Onsala BK 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Eskilstuna United, Lindome GIF svart and Råda BK.

Onsala BK 1 continued to A-slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Stenkullen GoIK with 0-4. In the Final, Lekstorps IF won over Dösjöbro IF/FC Dösjöbro and became the winner of A-slutspel in Flickor 12.
