In addition to the two Strömsbergs teams, 69 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Strömsbergs IF Svart could be found in Group 15 together with Ulvåkers IF Röd/Svart, Skara FC, Särö Kullavik IF 2 and Sandarna BK 2.

Strömsbergs IF Svart continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 15. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Falköping Blå with 2-3. In the Final, Skövde AIK Röd won over IFK Mariestad 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13.
