In addition to the two Vetlanda teams, 65 other teams played in Flickor 2002 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Vetlanda HF 1 could be found in Group 3 together with H43 Lund 3, Halmstad Handboll, Eslövs IK 1, Staffanstorps HK 2, Skuru IK Sthlm 1, Kristianstad HK 1, Borlänge HK 2, Bjärnums HK and Spånga HK Stockholm 1.
Vetlanda HF 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 1 with 6-10. In the Final, H43 Lund 1 won over Vadstena HF and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2002 B1. 10 games playedGoals |
