Team Elgocell was one of 324 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They participated with one team in Motionsklass Herrar.
In addition to Team Elgocell, 59 other teams played in Motionsklass Herrar. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Team Elgocell could be found in Group 5 together with Stolta pappor, Sa du något?, Bowrland Boys and Sommarpågarna. Team Elgocell continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against SHK,s Kvicksandare with 7-8. In the Final, BK ore won over Grabbarna Grus and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Motionsklass Herrar. Team Elgocell comes from Kristianstad which lies approximately 17 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Kristianstad does also provide 94 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016 (Among others: Tollarps IF, BK ore, DVD DET VET DU, Peneton, H 78 Sölvesborg, Blue Nation, Åhus Handboll, Resten, Kapellgatans IF and Hässleholms HF). 5 games playedGoals |
