Sommarpågarna MKH

Sommarpågarna was one of 324 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They participated with one team in Motionsklass Herrar.

In addition to Sommarpågarna, 59 other teams played in Motionsklass Herrar. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Sommarpågarna could be found in Group 5 together with Stolta pappor, Sa du något?, Team Elgocell and Bowrland Boys.

Sommarpågarna continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Sofias Duvor with 5-9. In the Final, Mmm Tacos won over Svetten Rinner and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Motionsklass Herrar.

Sommarpågarna originates from Åhus, which is the same city as where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Åhus does also provide 81 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016 (Among others: Vinslövs HK, Team Elgocell, Kristianstad HK, IFK Kristianstad, Tollarps IF, Näsby Handboll, BK ore, DVD DET VET DU, Uma-Ness från Skåne and H 78 Sölvesborg).
