Alpha Hanarna ÖKH

Alpha Hanarna was one of 324 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Herrar.

In addition to Alpha Hanarna, 31 other teams played in Öppen klass Herrar. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Alpha Hanarna could be found in Group 2 together with Motståndarna, Växjö Färg & Staket, Böffes jr, Näsby Handboll 2, Div2podden, Ursäkta? and KSK ULTRAS.

Alpha Hanarna continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Ziggy Pausen with 5-13. In the Final, Blom City Acadamy HK won over KSK ULTRAS and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar.

Alpha Hanarna comes from Kävlinge which lies approximately 79 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Kävlinge does also provide 86 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016 (Among others: H43 Lund, Eslövs HF, H 65 Höör, IK Lågan Hörby, ICA Jägaren, Eslövs IK, IFK Klagshamn, GW Landskrona HK, Nellans Soldater and Stolta mammor).
