In addition to the two Tollarps teams, 58 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 C2. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Tollarps IF 2 could be found in Group 1 together with IFK Kristianstad 3, IF Guif Eskilstuna 1, Växjö HF 2, Karlshamns HF, Uppsala HK 3, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 2, Trelleborg HBK, H43 Lund 1 and Eslövs HF 2.

Tollarps IF 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against H 65 Höör with 9-11. In the Final, Alingsås HK 1 won over H43 Lund 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 C2.
