In addition to the three Täby Sthlm teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2003 C2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Täby HBK Sthlm 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Näsby Handboll 1, IFK Malmö HF 1, Kävlinge HK 2, Spånga HK Stockholm, Alingsås HK 2, IFK Bankeryd 2, LUGI HF 2, LVHK Lödde 2 and IK Bolton Sthlm.

Täby HBK Sthlm 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK 3 with 5-13. In the Final, H 78 Sölvesborg won over Halmstad Handboll 1 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 C2.
