In addition to the three Täby Sthlm teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2003 C2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Täby HBK Sthlm 3 could be found in Group 4 together with AIK Handbollsförening 1, IFK Malmö HF 2, Halmstad Handboll 1, Kristianstad HK 3, LUGI HF 3, Borlänge HK 3, Åhus Handboll 1, Alingsås HK 1 and Rimbo HK Roslagen.

Täby HBK Sthlm 3 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against H 78 Sölvesborg with 5-13. In the Final, H 78 Sölvesborg won over Halmstad Handboll 1 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 C2.
