In addition to the two Gökstens Torshälla teams, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2003 C2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Gökstens BK Torshälla 1 could be found in Group 7 together with Åhus Handboll 2, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1, LUGI HF 1, Tollarps IF, Huddinge HK Sthlm 3, Halmstad Handboll 2, Eslövs IK 2, Växjö HF 1 and H 65 Höör 1.

Gökstens BK Torshälla 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Huddinge HK Sthlm 2 with 6-7. In the Final, Skuru IK Sthlm won over Borlänge HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 C2.
