In addition to the four Åhus teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2003 C2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 2 could be found in Group 7 together with HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1, LUGI HF 1, Tollarps IF, Huddinge HK Sthlm 3, Gökstens BK Torshälla 1, Halmstad Handboll 2, Eslövs IK 2, Växjö HF 1 and H 65 Höör 1.

Åhus Handboll 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against H 65 Höör 2 with 9-10. In the Final, Skuru IK Sthlm won over Borlänge HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 C2.
