In addition to the two Gökstens Torshälla teams, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2003 C2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Gökstens BK Torshälla 2 could be found in Group 8 together with HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 4, Staffanstorps HK 3, Vadstena HF, Trelleborg HBK 1, Åhus Handboll 4, LVHK Lödde 1, Ronneby HK 1, Huddinge HK Sthlm 4 and Ystads IF HF 2.

Gökstens BK Torshälla 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Borlänge HK 3 with 6-11. In the Final, Skuru IK Sthlm won over Borlänge HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 C2.
