In addition to the three IFK Tumba Sthlm teams, 46 other teams played in Pojkar 1999 A2. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IFK Tumba Sthlm 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Vinslövs HK, Ystads IF HF 1, H 65 Höör, Rimbo HK Roslagen, Borlänge HK 1, IFK Kristianstad 2, IK Sävehof Partille, Lugi HF 1 and HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm.

IFK Tumba Sthlm 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Växjö HF 2 with 11-14. In the Final, Uppsala HK 1 won over Växjö HF 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 1999 A2.
