In addition to Ljunghusens HK, 22 other teams played in Flickor 2007 E. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Ljunghusens HK 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Halmstad Handboll, Åhus Handboll 2, Eslövs IK 1 and LVHK Lödde 3.
Ljunghusens HK 1 made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against H 65 Höör 2, which they won with 7-4.
