In addition to the four Eslövs teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2003 C2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK 3 could be found in Group 1 together with Borlänge HK 1, Täby HBK Sthlm 1, H43 Lund, AIK Handbollsförening 2, IK Lågan Hörby, Växjö HF 2, LVHK Lödde 3, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 5 and Vinslövs HK 2.

Eslövs IK 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Skuru IK Sthlm with 5-12. In the Final, Skuru IK Sthlm won over Borlänge HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 C2.
