In addition to the four Eslövs teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2003 C2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK 4 could be found in Group 6 together with HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 3, Borlänge HK 2, HK Hök Laholm, Uppsala HK, H 78 Sölvesborg, Åhus Handboll 3, Älta IF Stockholm 2, Staffanstorps HK 1 and Karlskrona Handboll.

Eslövs IK 4 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Kristianstad HK 2 with 8-10. In the Final, Skuru IK Sthlm won over Borlänge HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 C2.
