In addition to the two Borås 84 teams, 43 other teams played in Flickor 2000 A1. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Borås HK 84 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Trelleborg HBK, IK Pandora Ystad, H43 Lund 3, H 65 Höör 3, Växjö HF, LUGI HF 2, Bålsta IF and IFK Tumba Sthlm 2.
Borås HK 84 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Kristianstad HK 1 with 6-7.
