In addition to the two Tomelilla teams, 38 other teams played in Pojkar 2007 E. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Tomelilla IF 2 could be found in Group 5 together with Trelleborg HBK, Ystads IF HF -08 blå, Bjärnums HK and Växjö HF 1.

Tomelilla IF 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 4 with 4-5. In the Final, Tollarps IF 1 won over Åhus Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007 E.
