IF Metall MittSkåne was one of 324 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They participated with one team in Motionsklass Herrar.
In addition to IF Metall MittSkåne, 59 other teams played in Motionsklass Herrar. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof IF Metall MittSkåne could be found in Group 11 together with Lars-Adrian, BK Bakåtpass, Route 66 Jubileum and Lågan Flames. IF Metall MittSkåne continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Kapellgatans IF with 0-5. In the Final, BK ore won over Grabbarna Grus and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Motionsklass Herrar. Metall MittSkåne comes from Hässleholm which lies approximately 42 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Hässleholm does also provide 72 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016 (Among others: Vinslövs HK, Team Elgocell, H 65 Höör, IK Lågan Hörby, Kristianstad HK, IFK Kristianstad, Tollarps IF, Näsby Handboll, Nellans Soldater and BK ore). 5 games playedGoals |
