In addition to the three Torslanda Göteborg teams, 87 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Torslanda HK Göteborg 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Älta IF Stockholm 1, Lugi HF 1, Gökstens BK Torshälla 1, Ronneby HK, Åhus Handboll 1, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 3, Staffanstorps HK 2, H 65 Höör 2 and Borlänge HK 1.

Torslanda HK Göteborg 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Spånga HK Stockholm 3 with 3-6. In the Final, Älta IF Stockholm 2 won over Åhus Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1.

Torslanda HK Göteborg also participated in Flickor 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in F03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1 with 4-6.
