In addition to the four Eslövs teams, 66 other teams played in Flickor 2004 C2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK 3 could be found in Group 5 together with Ystads IF HF, IF Guif Eskilstuna 1, IK Baltichov Gbg, Vinslövs HK 3, H 65 Höör 3, Skogås HK Sthlm, Växjö HF, Åhus Handboll 2 and Huddinge HK Sthlm 1.

Eslövs IK 3 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Kärra HF Göteborg with 9-12. In the Final, Gustavsbergs IF HK won over Halmstad Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2004 C2.

Eslövs IK also participated in Flickor 2004 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/4 Final in F04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK 2 with 10-12.
