In addition to the two Tomelilla teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2004 C2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Tomelilla IF 2 could be found in Group 4 together with IFK Kristianstad 4, IK Lågan Hörby, IFK Malmö HF, Rimbo HK Roslagen, Uppsala HK 2, Halmstad Handboll VIT 2, Alingsås HK 2, KFUM Kalmar HK and Växjö HF 2.

Tomelilla IF 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Tomelilla IF 1 with 10-11. In the Final, IFK Bankeryd won over Tomelilla IF 1 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004 C2.

Tomelilla IF also participated in Pojkar 2004 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in P04 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Kävlinge HK 1 with 5-7.
