In addition to the three IFK Tumba Sthlm teams, 67 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Tumba Sthlm 3 could be found in Group 4 together with Halmstad Handboll 1, Alingsås HK 5, IFK Kristianstad 4, Önnereds HK Gbg Lag 2, LVHK Lödde 2, Ronneby HK 1, Växjö HF 2, Ystads IF HF 1 and Åhus Handboll 3.

IFK Tumba Sthlm 3 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Karlskrona Handboll 2 with 6-12. In the Final, Växjö HF 2 won over HK Cliff and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 B1.

IFK Tumba Sthlm also participated in Pojkar 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 5-12.
