In addition to HAK, 59 other teams played in Motionsklass Herrar. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof HAK could be found in Group 1 together with IFK ICE AGE, Vaktmästaren och de andra, Grönbete and The Gausels. HAK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Genföreningen with 6-11. In the Final, Utvecklingsklassen won over Genföreningen and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Motionsklass Herrar. HAK comes from Hörby which lies approximately 42 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place.
