In addition to the 5 H43 Lund teams, 73 other teams played in Pojkar 2002 B2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof H43 Lund 6 could be found in Group 4 together with Halmstad Handboll Lallare, IK Bolton Sthlm 2, HK Ankaret Bjärred Lag 3, Norrköpings HK 2, Älmhult Handboll, IFK Kristianstad 5, Önnereds HK Gbg 1, Ystads IF HF 5 and IK Lågan Hörby.

H43 Lund 6 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1 with 7-8. In the Final, Rimbo HK Roslagen won over HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2002 B2.

H43 Lund also participated in Pojkar 2002 B1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They won A-Slutspel, after beating H43 Lund 4 in the final with 18-17.
