In addition to the two H43 Lund teams, 30 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof H43 Lund 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Kristianstad HK, HK Malmö, Vinslövs HK 1, Girls just wanna have fun!, Söderbönor 1, IFK Kristianstad 2 and Flensborg.

H43 Lund 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby with 6-9. In the Final, Uffes Brudar won over H43 Lund 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer.
