In addition to the 5 H43 Lund teams, 73 other teams played in Pojkar 2002 B2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof H43 Lund 4 could be found in Group 6 together with Åhus Handboll 3, Hammarby IF Sthlm 2, Trelleborg HBK 1, Kärra HF Göteborg, Åhus Handboll 2, Staffanstorps HK 1, IFK Bankeryd, IF Guif Eskilstuna 1 and Raklev G&I, Danmark 1.
H43 Lund 4 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against H43 Lund 2 with 8-14. In the Final, LVHK Lödde 1 won over HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2002 B2. H43 Lund also participated in Pojkar 2002 B1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
