In addition to the three Alingsås teams, 70 other teams played in Pojkar 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 2 could be found in Group 4 together with OV Helsingborg HK 2, IFK Malmö HF 1, Halmstad Handboll 4, Eskilstuna Guif IF 1, Tollarps IF 2, HK Aranäs 3, Åhus Handboll 2 and Ronneby HK 1.

Alingsås HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IFK Tumba HK with 6-10. In the Final, Tollarps IF 2 won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2005.

Alingsås HK also participated in Pojkar 2005 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They won B-Slutspel, after beating Växjö HF in the final with 10-5.
