Silver medal! Reached second place in B-Slutspel

In addition to the four IFK Kristianstad teams, 69 other teams played in Pojkar 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Gubbängen/Tallen IK, Eslövs HF 2, Växjö HF, IFK Strängnäs, Tollarps IF 1, Halmstad Handboll 1, HK Aranäs 4 and OV Helsingborg HK 1.
IFK Kristianstad 1 made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 5. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Tollarps IF 2 with 9-10. Thereby IFK Kristianstad 1 finished second in P05 B-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. IFK Kristianstad also participated in Pojkar 2005 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017.
