In addition to the 5 Halmstad teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Halmstad Handboll 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Gubbängen/Tallen IK, Eslövs HF 2, Växjö HF, IFK Strängnäs, Tollarps IF 1, IFK Kristianstad 1, HK Aranäs 4 and OV Helsingborg HK 1.

Halmstad Handboll 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Tollarps IF 2 with 4-6. In the Final, Tollarps IF 2 won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2005.

Halmstad Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2005 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/4 Final in P05 B-Slutspel, but lost it against H 65 Höör 1 with 6-9.
