In addition to the two Halmstad teams, 58 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Halmstad Handboll 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Växjö HF 1, Tollarps IF 2, Kävlinge HK 2, Alingsås HK 3, Ystads IF HF 1, Tyresö Handboll 1, Eslövs HF 2, Vinslövs HK 1 and Åhus Handboll 3.

Halmstad Handboll 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against OV Helsingborg HK 2 with 5-13. In the Final, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb won over OV Helsingborg HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.

Halmstad Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2007 D1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the Semi final in P07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Aranäs Kungsbacka with 2-9.
