In addition to the two Tyresö teams, 58 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Tyresö Handboll 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Växjö HF 1, Tollarps IF 2, Halmstad Handboll 1, Kävlinge HK 2, Alingsås HK 3, Ystads IF HF 1, Eslövs HF 2, Vinslövs HK 1 and Åhus Handboll 3.

Tyresö Handboll 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Eskilstuna Guif IF 1 with 4-6. In the Final, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb won over OV Helsingborg HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.

Tyresö Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2007 D1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/4 Final in P07 C-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs HF 1 with 3-5.
